Sales &Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Sales and Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and understanding of working with CRM software.


Must have

  • Proven experience in a sales support or marketing role, preferably in lead qualification, for at least 1 year. 
  • Upper Intermediate or higher English level (writing and verbal).
  • Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive CRM software is preferable) systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

Nice to have

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from CRM data.
  • Experience in training and supporting team members on CRM usage is preferred.
  • Proactive and self-motivated. 
  • Passionate about Marketing and Sales.


  • Assist the sales & marketing teams in managing leads/client communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up on warm leads, and leading sales calls if needed.
  • Help sales managers before their calls/meetings with leads and prepare some research that will be useful during communication with the client.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine lead qualification criteria.
  • Organize additional materials for the sales manager if needed (presentation, case studies, articles, etc.)
  • Maintain and update customer information in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Pipedrive CRM usage and best practices.
  • Generate insights and reports on lead qualification metrics and outcomes from CRM data (by team requests) to inform Sales and Marketing Leadership of the progress.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM workflows, and suggest improvements to the lead qualification process, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Stay up-to-date with Pipedrive CRM updates and developments, implementing new features as appropriate.
