Middle SMM & Content Specialist


  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns that grew followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills to craft engaging, brand-aligned content across various social media platforms.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content. Basic knowledge of design software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Competence in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with team members, external partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to quickly adapt strategies and content based on the latest digital marketing trends and analytics insights.
  • Upper-Intermediate level in English or higher, to ensure effective communication in a diverse working environment.


  • Craft engaging, brand-aligned content for various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy to grow followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads and active fans and promoters of our company.
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
  • Define, create, implement, and optimise the omnichannel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities, analysing key metrics and providing insights for strategy optimisation.
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and applications to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing developments.
  • Developing partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand’s values and objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
